Imprinted Concrete - Weed free paving, driveways & patios
Stage 1
The site is prepared by excavating the existing area to minimum of 10 cm and compacting as necessary with hardcore.
Stage 2
The perimeter area is shuttered and levels are set.
Stage 3
The concrete is poured to minimum thickness of 10 cm for driveways and 7.5 cm for patios & pathways before being leveled& bull floated to ensure an even surface.
Stage 4
The chosen colour of hardener is applied.
Stage 5
After being imprinted with your chosen pattern a release agent is applied to aid separation of imprint mats from the concrete.
Stage 6
Finally the release agent is washed off and the surface of the concrete is washed with acid.
Stage 7
The completed driveway is ready for use.
